This is where phases 1 & 2 come to life. We analyze your CRM Architecture - what are you using, how is it working, pipelines, reports, etc. Sales playbooks are created, and CRM pipelines and reports are created or refined based on your needs. Last, outbound criteria is defined and KPIs are generated, ensuring you have visibility into the actions needed to produce results.

This is the training and reinforcement step needed to ensure your efforts are rewarded. Teams are trained, pipeline reviews and calls are structured and executed, readiness assessments are created and coaching sessions are scheduled. This is where most leaders start to see the results of the process.

This is an as needed stage, EPC can work as your fractional sales manager, leading pipeline review calls, generating sales forecasts and reports, review and report on KPI trends and note any process breakdowns. We can also advise on new hires, team structure/re-structure, assess market opportunities, determine territories and other sales related activities as needed.
